Fix-A-Dent Now Refund Policy
Arrival Window Unforeseen circumstances could keep technicians at appointments longer than planned. All appointments have a tech arrival window of 2 hours from start time. Please plan accordingly.
Fix-A-Dent Now Refund Policy CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT FIX-A-DENT NOW WITHIN 72 HOURS OF REPAIR IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. Fix-A-Dent Now will first attempt to schedule an appointment to resend technician to spend extra time on the repair if further evidence of work is needed. > There will be a 20% Repair Attempt Fee deducted from refund. > 80% of the refund is valid 72 hours from repair date or revisit dates. > No refund if damage was previously tampered with by anyone else other than our technicians. We suggest inspecting the vehicle immediately after technician has performed the repair to make sure it meets your satisfaction. Please be advised that most repairs are usually an 85% to 95% Maximum improvement. We will never offer a 100% for improvement on repairs.
