Figure 1 shows a border line repairable dent on the right front door of a 08 BMW 745i. The owner claims that the door was kicked in. What we mean by border line repairable is that, the door can be repaired to look better. But do to the size of the damage major waves will show after the repair. Usually we would take the challenge on, but since its such a nice car, we suggest body work for a dent like this size.

Figure 3 shows a very sharp dent is located on the middle of a quarter panel on a 07 Hyundai Tiburon. Do to the depth and the location of the dent, the paint is sure to split. The reason why we suggest body work on a dent like this is because of its depth. This dent is very sharp. As soon as this dent is pushed from the other side the paint will crack and look worse the how it looks.

In the past, most owners of new or high-end vehicles were reluctant to pay the expense and endure the inconvenience of having their minor dings and dents repaired at traditional body shops.

PDR is rapidly becoming the desired body shop alternative. With the PDR process, certified technicians can now perform repairs with body shop quality in a fraction of the time and at approximately one-third of the cost associated with conventional body shop repair work.

Using innovative tools and the latest in state-of-the-art technology, expert technicians are able to massage the damaged area to restore it to its original bodyline. With a basic knowledge of plastic and metal properties, certified technicians can transform the damaged area back to its original condition without the need for costly body fillers, sanding and painting typically used by traditional body repair shops.

The PDR process is clean and environmentally safe. It eliminates the use and disposal of paints and chemicals typically used in the conventional metal repair process.
